Confraria do Sushi, Lda. does not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following entities:
— Reservation platform CoverManager — for online booking management, under a data processing agreement. — Delivery platforms (Uber Eats, Winrest) — for order processing and delivery. — Technology service providers — web hosting, email, and traffic analytics, subject to data processing agreements. — Public authorities — when required by law or court order.
All processors are selected based on sufficient guarantees of GDPR compliance, in accordance with Article 28.
Some service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, we ensure that transfers are carried out based on appropriate legal mechanisms, namely adequacy decisions by the European Commission or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.
Data is retained only for the period strictly necessary for the purposes that justified its collection:
— Reservation and order data: 5 years, due to tax and accounting obligations. — Marketing data: while consent remains active, or until an opt-out request. — Browsing data / analytics cookies: maximum of 13 months. — Communications and contacts: 2 years after the last interaction.
After the retention period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR, which you may exercise free of charge:
— Access: obtain confirmation as to whether your data is being processed and access a copy of it. — Rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. — Erasure: request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”). — Restriction: request limitation of processing in certain circumstances. — Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format. — Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest or for direct marketing purposes.
